I have been working like mad on the encyclopedia.
We have a banner contest up and a new frontpage layout. Thank
you so much to those of you who have helped with edits, I really
appreciate it. From the full content editors, to the childfree
people, to the wiki-geniuses, to the grammar nazis, I am grateful
to you all. Every little bit is helpful.
Ok, I am going to Florida tomorrow for Christmas. I'm excited
and I love christmas, etc etc etc. ett-see. Therefor, I do not
have time to talk about my trip or write the lengthy holiday
post I had planned to. I love Christmas and I hope yours is
wonderful. I will be back tuesday for extra lulz.
At the moment I am about to venture to Target to get some items
for my travels. I am terrified, as just driving to the gas station
earlier was insane. If you get a frantic call from my cell phone,
please send help. Thank you. |

Alrighty. I woke up this morning to go to work and felt like
I would probably die. Coughing and sore throat and the whole
deal. I called in sick and went back to bed. I woke up about
an hour ago. That puts my total sleep time at about 14 hours
and I still feel quite lethatgic. Also, I am not finished with
my shopping for the holiday season. I need to go to Fry's later
and pick up stocking stuffers for my family. My dad is a huge
nerd, seriously. So, I'm sure I can find him stuff there and
hopefully a CD or something for my Step-mother. I am overjoyed
with excitment at flying on Christmas Eve. I'm sure that will
be fabulous. Not to mention carrying their presents in my suitcase.
My step-mom's gifts are completely innoculous, but I don't like
the idea of flying with an x-box in my suitcase. Especially
when the TSS often things my lighted makeup mirror is somehow
a suspect device. At least I'll be flying with my shiny new
ibook. Mmmmmmmm, its white and totally sweet so I named it marshmallow.
I think also it's a girl. Girls > boys.
In other news, the encyclopedia
was taken down yesterday and moved off of its linode and onto
a dedicated server. Please do check it out and contribute. I
promise there is something for everyone to work on. |
