Proper caption from Maverick:
Figured I'd inform you of a little correction needed in the description
of
the above picture... The guy standing up there giving his talk is not
Decius. That was the guy giving the talk on the history of phreaking (who's
name escapes me right now!)... Decius gave the opening rant just before
this guy's talk (followed by me playing some humorous videos of Decius
on
the big screen).
The picture I had up on the screen was of Q-Zar, Hugme and Decius at
PhreakNIC 4.0...
The opening rant by Decius - who I have never met - and some other people.
That pic features Decius and Hugme. Nice. Some of the videos Decius played
were pretty interesting and funny. I think he should cut his hair. Actually
- I think he should let *me* cut his hair.
